The perspectives database contains a vast amount of useful information from more than 350 organisations. In total, the views of more than 1.5 million employees are held within the database and all this information has been collated from surveys conducted in the last two years.

All participants attending our networking groups are invited to submit copies of the results of their latest employee survey in advance of the session, in order to receive a bespoke benchmarking report. Your data remains completely confidential and individual contributors will never be named outside the group.
